Also, also, I forgot to add on my first review that I wrote. Glenda is amazing. She has been with us since day one and she goes beyond grateful to have her as well as all the other staff. I thank Them tremendously for helping my brother hopefully to maybe one day have a better life. There are so many others I can name, but to be honest, I can’t remember all of their names.

My mom’s cell phone was stolen and she hasn’t been there a week. She’s only there for a few weeks for rehab.

Greenville Post Acute may not be the most modern or updated facility -both the interior and exterior could definitely use some refreshing. But what it lacks in appearance, it more than makes up for in what truly matters. The facility is always immaculate. Every time I walk in, it is clean, well-kept, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. More importantly, the staff has been amazing. They are consistently kind, patient, and compassionate-not just with my mother, but with me as well. Anytime we’ve needed something, they’ve been helpful and responsive, often going above and beyond in ways that truly make a difference. This experience has reminded me that you really can’t judge a book by its cover. While a newer, more polished facility might look nice, l would choose a clean environment with a genuinely caring and attentive staff every single time-and that’s exactly what you’ll find

This is an AWFUL place to put your love ones. The lack of communication and compassion that the Staff have shows this place is a NO NO!

The place is obviously dated. But the staff more than makes up for it I rate them all five stars. Halima Rhett is the perfect ambassador sitting up front To greet all!

Worse place EVER! My mom went there for rehab and didn’t even make it a full week. DO NOT take your love ones there. This place is horrible along with the staff. They do not care nothing about the residents.

The people that work at GPA are the best. We are always greeted with a smile and genuine respect and love. Yakima Rhett at the front desk is so fun to be around.

A friend of mine is here. The treatment from the nurses is really concerning. They have shown serious levels of aggression – being pushed because she was not turning around fast enough to use the restroom (she is paralyzed from a stroke – but still has a very sound mind). When a diaper was dropped on the floor- my friend requested a new one that was clean, and they stepped outside of the room and began badmouthing her loudly (namecalling ect). Mind you, the floors there are filthy, and who knows when they were last scrubbed. The entire facility smells of urine and feces. I can’t imagine any of this would be acceptable with DPH and hope for an intercession of some kind for the sake of the patients that stay in their care.

I have a family member that is currently at this facility. I have visited several times and have been impressed every time. The staff was very helpful and the place was clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommended a family friend to this facility for rehab, and they were very pleased and were able to get back home.

Absolutely disgusting place. Smells like poop and urine as soon as you walk in. The front door guest bleeding from under the bandages shows the care to patient they give. Staff seem more inclined to smoke cigarettes in parking lot or vape in their cars then look after your loved ones.. what a disgrace!! Even saw a blood sample kit on the ground like trash. Pretty sure Blood born pathogen class wasn’t taught here as well!!
